Forms of Payment
We are staffed by an extremely hard-working group of individuals whose goal is
to help our patients navigate the financial realm of health care as painlessly
as possible. Whether it is an issue with an appointment, a referral, or your
bill, we will work to meet your needs with the highest level of satisfaction
possible.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. Co-pays cannot be
waived. We accept cash, checks, bank cards, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and
Discover.
Insurance
We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers*, and
we are Medicare and Virginia Medicaid participants. Please bring your insurance
card with you to every visit so that we can ensure that our records are
accurate.
Specific questions regarding insurance coverage should be addressed by
your carrier, or our business office may be able to assist you.
* We do not
participate in United Health Care Plans.
